Format:
18-hole stroke play. Contestants will play from the Blue tee markers wherever they are situated. Qualifiers will advance to the Championship proper at Granite Bay Golf Club on June 16-June 21, 2025. The number of spots available at each qualifying site will be determined based on the total number of entrants and the final field at each site. Final number of spots will be available from the Committee on the day of qualifying.
Competition Schedule:
Starting times will start at 7:30 AM off Holes #1 and #10. Please check the NCGA website for groupings and starting times. Please be at your assigned tee at least 10 minutes prior to your starting time.
Practice Round Information:
Practice rounds available Tuesday, April 29th and Thursday, May 1st between 3:00 - 4:00 PM. Green fee: $100 to walk, $125 to ride. Please call Almaden Pro Shop to request a practice round. Practice rounds are for CONTESTANTS ONLY.
Food and Beverage Availability:
The Grill will be open at 7:00 AM. A limited menu of premade items will be available for breakfast and lunch.
Pro Shop and Practice Range:
The Pro Shop will open at 7:00 AM and the practice range will open at 6:30 AM.
Cart Information:
Automotive transportation is prohibited. Players and caddies must walk. Pull-carts are permitted. SPECTATOR CARTS ARE PROHIBITED.
Caddies:
Caddies are permitted; however, there are no caddies available at Almaden Golf & Country Club.
Practice Balls:
Provided for players prior to and following the competition round at no cost.
Payment Information:
Credit Cards and reciprocal club charge accepted for golf shop purchases. Credit cards only for food and beverage purchases.
Refund Policy:
Requests for refunds prior to the entry closing date will be honored less a $20 administrative fee. Requests received after the entry closing date and 48 hours prior to the event will be honored less 50% of the entry fee. No refunds will be honored within 48 hours of the event.
